Damage procedures:
All clients will be required to complete the check-in formalities in the presence of our Front Desk Team with an orientation of the accommodation booked. This includes the preauthorization of a security deposit of 500 Euros (or equivalent in Mauritian Rupees) forguests staying in our Premium Suites, Villas and Penthouses, which may be claimed against any breakages, excessive damage, or loss to property. During the check-out formality, our Front Desk will inform the client of such occurrence and claim the amount due on the spot upon departure.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
